Good course, slow support

I bought the 'History Courses' bundle last month. The content was really strong, well-presented by the professor, and I liked that I could watch it on my own time. The website was easy to navigate to find the courses. My only issue was a small technical glitch when I first tried to access one of the study guides. It took Forever Scholars customer service about three days to get back to me, which felt a bit long. Once they did, the solution was quick, but it could have been faster. I've used both. Forever Scholars feels a bit more academic, like actual university lectures, whereas TGD can be a bit more general. Professors at FS are really top-notch.
